How the ice making system works
The ice making tank is filled with brine, and the temperature of the brine is cooled by the evaporator. Add a proper amount of water to the ice mold and put it into the ice making tank, and use low-temperature salt water to freeze the water in the bucket into ice. When the ice comes out, m ice molds are fixed in a row, arranged in n rows in total, and fixed with a steel frame. In order to speed up the freezing speed of the ice, a stirrer is used to circulate the salt water evenly between the ice molds, and the water in the ice bucket is frozen into ice. Finally, use the driving device to lift the ice bucket rack to the ice melting pool, soak in the pool for 2-3 minutes to melt the ice surface in the ice bucket, and then put the ice bucket on the ice dump rack, the ice cubes will be easily Break away from the ice bucket and dump it on the skating track with a slope, so that the ice cubes slide into the ice delivery truck. Then fill the ice bucket with water and put it into the salt water pool to continue to circulate ice.
